The Waverly Senior Center offers ample space in our beautifully maintained Victorian manor for many types of events or meetings. Hold your next family reunion, meeting, birthday, anniversary, graduation or holiday party with us!

Pricing:

  • General use: $20/hour
  • Nonprofit pricing $10/hour
  • Security deposit of $100 ($200 if alcohol is present) is required and will be returned within 5 business days.

Office/Meeting Space

Two rooms in our 2nd level are available for monthly rental or as pay-per-use meeting space. Perfect for a professional office or monthly meetings such as book clubs or bible studies.

Pricing:

  • Office use – $250 per month includes utilities
  • Meeting use – $10 for 2 hours (holds up to 12 people)
