The Waverly Senior Center offers ample space in our beautifully maintained Victorian manor for many types of events or meetings. Hold your next family reunion, meeting, birthday, anniversary, graduation or holiday party with us!

Event Rental Agreement

Pricing:

• General use: $20/hour
• Nonprofit pricing $10/hour
• Security deposit of $100 ($200 if alcohol is present and insurance liability certificate) is required and will be returned within 5 business days.

Meeting Space

We have space available for meeting spaces and events. Perfect for monthly meetings such as book clubs or bible studies.

Pricing:

• Meeting use – $10 for 2 hours (holds up to 12 people)
