We offer rental space of the 506 on Main for a variety of events; including meetings, card clubs, birthday and graduation parties, reunions, wedding receptions, bridal and baby showers, family events and more.

Our Event Spaces

506 on Main offers ample space for groups of many sizes. in our beautifully maintained, Victorian manor.

THE MITCHELL ROOM is our newly remodeled meeting room. It is located on the lower level, and has convenient ground level parking and an entrance from the back of 506 on Main. Handicapped parking is also available. The Mitchell Room seats up to 24 people. It has an adjacent kitchenette.

THE EICHORN ROOM is the largest of the three, rental space seats . The Eichorn Room is on the main floor of the building. It includes three, connected rooms that can seat 50 total. The largest room in the group seats 35.

THE PARLOR is also on the main floor and is perfect for smaller gatherings. The Parlor seats 10-12 people and would be a great place for your card club, Bible study, small group, book club, or committee to meet.

Pricing:

• General use: $50/hour
• Nonprofit (501(c)(3) pricing: $30/hour
• Security deposit of $100 ($200 if alcohol is present and insurance liability certificate) is required. The balance will be returned within five business days.
